U.S. District Judge is Using the Gift of Rationality

Some congregations sued North Carolina concerning the ban to gather to worship and won because the judge is sane and understands the law of America.

I wrote something similar several weeks ago in my post  The Crisis that Wasn't  
"To worship the triune Creator – Father, Jesus, and Spirit – by congregating with other disciples of Jesus on the Lord’s Day is not only a Christian’s desire and calling, but is also secured in our God-ordained liberties enshrined in the First Amendment: the rights to peaceably gather, and to openly exercise our convictions of religion.  All that coupled with the assurance that no law can be imagined or fabricated to prohibit that from happening..."

And, jus' in case you haven't read it in awhile...

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
